My check engine light came on and I was in Brooklyn, I was afraid but when I arrived there were so many people I didn't think they'd get to my car yesterday, so I drove to another shop. Well the guy quoted more than twice the price as these guys and he was gonna keep my car for a week. I drove back to Excellant and they took care of my car in less time than promised. I will continue to use them with the assurance that because I'm a woman they still treat me fairly and with great respect.
