Eurowise Auto Workz has done superb work servicing my transmission for my 2018 M3. My car runs like I just bought it off the showroom floor. The receptionist was professional, respectful and informative when it came to any questions and concerns I may have had. Thanks a billion to the shop and staff for their remarkable job.

Dont even know where to begin. This was my first time transporting to another state i was beyond nervous. I was checking my cars ait tags almost every few minutes shaking in my boots. The courtesy and professionalism by mechanic hickey Raquel and shawn the driver was nothing short of spectacular. They made me feel comfortable and assured me my belongings and cars were safe in their hands. We even had a delay with the storm milton but even with the delay my bmw headlights were fixed( mechanic hickey gave me an awesome price and coded it)my plants were watered as they sat in the car from top to bottom their service was stellar even though we had few slight hiccups. This is a hard working shop with personnel dedicated to their craft and customer service. They made my first time jitters go away and took care of me and mine completely and made me feel safe. Raquel the dispatcher was always kind and courteous if i had questions mechanic hickey is absolutely the MAN and runs a proper business snd shawn is an absolute GEM snd even drove my cars to me personally because of any delays they encountered. Needless to say if you are in need of transporting a vehicle or any work in general i HIGHLY recommend using eurowise and i thank the team tremendously for their compassion and dedication to making sure my vehicles belongings were safe regardless of any bumps in the road they took care of me. We will absolutely being doing round 2 with my other cars. Thank you again!

Encountered their car carrier in traffic tonight. He boxed me in at a red light trying to make a right turn that a blind person could've told him he wouldn't clear as I was waiting to make my left turn. He acted like he was going to just run into my car. Instead of waiting for traffic to clear he decided it was my problem for sitting at a red traffic light waiting for my green light. He then proceeded blow his horn at me to move and then when I couldn't, he got out of the truck, approached my window and demanded I roll down my window. I had my teenage daughter in the car and I absolutely felt unsafe with his behavior. It is not my problem he made a bad choice and had to wait 1 light cycle to remedy his mistake. I also had to wait, but I was happy to so that I did not have to unsafely pull out into cross traffic or reverse into oncoming traffic to make this better for him. Hes in many of their instagram photos so I'm assuming he is possibly a proprietor. This incident will most likely go no where because of this. Just know your cars he's transporting are being driven by a bad driver who is aggressive and confrontational when he screws up.

For a $250 diagnostic fee you’d think the problem would be diagnosed properly and then solved but nope. My car shut down on the turnpike for something they said they solved. Great customer service, terrible auto work.

I would give zero stars if I could. My friend’s car has been stuck in this shop for almost a week now, even though they promised a 2-day turnaround. Every time we call, we get excuses and no real update on when the work will actually be done. The lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating. If you value your time and want honest service, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
