Not one to leave bad review, all I can say is to all DIY jeep enthusiast if you mod your jeep steering wirh say a Metal Cloak tie rods and drag link or other steering upgrades, better of going on Amazon spend $40 get a DIY alignment tool, than paying $57 to lift car and have any work done on it, also was told the Jam nut ls were stuck why could not be worked on but when I put my hand it spun with no problem. Not how I wanted to spend birthday wrenching but have a long drive ahead had to make sure vehicle was in good shape. Again not trying to say anything bad but the company is probably used to working on stock vehicles.

Everyone at Essential Auto Care was so kind, knowledgeable, and transparent! They helped me figure out an issue I was having with my tire, and their customer service throughout the whole process was incredible. I got to wait in a very cozy waiting area and was given prompt updates about my vehicle. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT AUTO SHOP! From the moment you first call you get professionalism from Liz who is very nice and let's you know what's going on. The mechanics did great work, the prices are human being family man normal. I swear to God im going back. They are genuinely concerned with your happiness and satisfaction. They even follow-up. Top notch work, and honest. Very professional. Handled my suspension issue. Kelsey and Daniel are great to work with and really have the patience to deal with the more intricate issues where other places will just give you half measures. They give prompt updates every step of the way. Would very much highly recommend.

Very bad experience!! I was charged over $400 for a diagnostic review just to find out what was wrong with my car. Afterwards I agreed to a $289 sensor replacement, only to have the same problem with my car the very next day. I did inform Daniel I was traveling 6 hours from nyc to buffalo with my 3 children and im writing this review stuck on the side of the road. Essential auto body now tells me to find a shop & that I have to go thru warranty. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I was not allowed to leave a zero star rating.
