This is actually my second time using Entourage (first time was about 3 years ago), and once again they did not disappoint. After my recent accident, they got my car in right away and handled everything with professionalism and clear communication from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, kept me updated, and returned my vehicle even sooner than expected. The work was flawless — you’d never know the car had been in an accident. Says a lot that I came back a second time, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I’ve attached before and after photos to show their amazing work.

I brought my car in with drivers side rear damage and drivers side damage. They also fixed the front bumper free of charg. Jay and Mike walked me throught the claim process. They fixed my car in a weeks time and I’m very happy with the final outcome.

After a dude on one of those mopeds messed up my car…..this company took good care of me. They were responsive to all my follow up calls, and understanding of my situation. These were decent ppl. My sensor on my car is malfunctioning a bit but i think that’s just something Mercedes Benz has to recalibrate….

Service tech was extremely pleasant, professional, and on top of the situation from start to finish. He was polite, sociable, and reassuring. Very principled, displayed thoughtfulness. The entire experience was truly awesome. Thank you again Friman. You guys are the best.
