I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop, their service, their work....simply incredible!! I was driving from Florida to CT and somehow my directions brought me into the Bronx at 9pm at night. A young lady ran a red light and I hit her. It was just me and my 4 mo old puppy. I was really shaken up, felt so alone, in a bad neighborhood....then this Angle appeared, Mike, the son of the owner of EMPIRE Auto. He offered to tow my car to his shop that night & get an uber to my home in CT. He has a true heart and soul as well as his staff, Ricky the Manager, was excellant as well. When I received my car back, they did a little extra and cleaned the car, it looked brand new and is running fabulous. These guys are the REAL deal....true GEMS! Prestine car repair and auto body and precise in everything they do! Highly recommend these guys!

Amazing place! Mike rescued me after having all 4 tires stolen and my car was left on 3 milk crates! He saw me and helped me out with my insurance, towed the car to their body shop and fixed everything for me. My car was brand new and the service was 5 stars. Went to get something on my for fixed later on and they did it right away! They’re the best. Mike, Manny and Ricky, thanks a lot!

Was referred to Empire Automotive Collision shop by a co-worker. I am so happy I decided to have my vehicle repaired with them. Firstly, the office staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end of the process. Seamless and easy process to get my car back to what it was, office staff and shop did amazing work in a timely fashion living up to the guarantee and promises of what needed to be done. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend.
