We had to come here in a pinch for a flat tire and I’m so glad we did. Everyone was kind and accommodating even though they looked really busy. They took care of us so fast, we were in and out with a brand new tire after about 25 mins. I paid a great price, very honest and hardworking people

Honest, quick and very reasonably priced. All very rare in the used tire game. But these guys came thru in a pinch! Very much appreciated

The worst experience anyone can have. I replaced all four tires on my car with them 2 weeks prior. The man told me if I have any issues to come back and see him and he will take care of me (probably because I tipped him well). I blew out a tire on my own (No fault to them). Not only did he not want to take care of me, he pointed to someone else and when I tried to talk to the other person, he pointed to someone else who also pointed to someone else. Then that person pointed to someone else. As I walked over to the fifth person, I turned around to noticed them all laughing with each other at my expense. I will never go back to this place if my life depends on it. I never question price and always tip. I will go to gunhill and Webster. That is where you can get better quality service. I hope this place closes down and opens with a person with more passion with his work.

Went to get my front tire fixed and the owner tried to keep my brand new tire and replace it with a used tire. After leaving the location the tire that was given had a flat. Nothing was fixed and I left with two flat tires instead of one. Felt like I was played and the fact I have two kids that I drive everyday. The fact that he didn’t even fill up the other tires or check to see if they were okay.

**Terrible Experience – Dishonest, Rude, and a Complete Waste of Time!** I had an absolutely horrible experience at this shop. When I called ahead, the guy on the phone quoted me **$70 for tire installation**. But when I arrived, the same person told me to "wait 10 minutes," which turned into **a full hour of wasted time**. When I finally asked about the delay, he **completely ignored me** like I wasn’t even there! To make things worse, another employee suddenly said the price was now **$130**—almost **double** what I was originally quoted! When I tried to confront the guy I spoke to on the phone, he **kept ignoring me** and acted like he was too busy to deal with me. **Why lie about the price upfront?** **Why make me wait an hour just to disrespect me?** **Why not just say no instead of wasting my time?** This place is **unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly doesn’t value customers**. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else—anywhere else! **Never coming back and would never recommend this scam of a shop to anyone.** **0/10 – Worst service ever!**
