El Monstruo Tires

After getting a flat tire on a Sunday evening after 7 PM, I asked ChatGPT if there was any place nearby that could repair it at that hour. It recommended this shop and said they were open 24 hours. I called ahead, and they confirmed they could fix it. I drove about 10 minutes to get there, and they quickly found a large screw stuck in my tire. The repair took less than 10 minutes, and they charged exactly the price posted in the shop—no surprises or extra fees. I was so pleased with the service that I left the change as a tip. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs fast and honest tire service.

I went in with my own brand new tires to get mounted for $60, $15 per wheel. My car was driving fine on the bad tires beforehand. These idiots decided to up charge me another $60 to balance each wheel, when I did not need my wheels to be balanced in the first place. I went back to dispute the issue and they want to blame it saying that my wheels are bent. My wheels were not bent before driving to the shop. I service my own vehicle and always have so I know exactly what is wrong or right with my car. He then proceeded to say it’s because of the accident on my car. All of my suspension is brand new and installed last weekend with a proper wheel alignment. What does cosmetic damage from however long ago have to do with functional drivability? At this point, he’s just making things up and trying to come up with a cause to why I’m feeling bumpiness on the road and all new suspension instead of taking accountability for the magical bends on my wheels. They now are saying they can fix it with now another charge. DO NOT go here unless you want to stand over their shoulder while they work like the children they are.

I’ve been here twice and I will not be going back. The old man is very rude and tries to sell you tires with no thread for $120. If you catch a flat tire at night just go to the guys on Gunhill road. Better customer service, no attitudes, & better pricing. This man thinks he’s the only flat tire who’s open 24 hours lol.

Terrible service do not go here!! Scammers!! Fraudulent business owner!! I caught a flat a little after midnight this past Saturday and they were the only shop open, I asked for a used cheap tire but they said they only have run flats. At first they said it was going to be $80 and then all of a sudden the price is $100 because they "can't find a used tire in my size" mind you I have a very common tire size for a sedan but I digress. I was able to get him down to $90 but then he charged me 12% on tax to make sure it would come to $100. As I was driving in rush hour traffic yesterday barely going 10mph the tire ripped as I went over a small pot hole. When I went back to the shop they acted like it was the brand of the tire that was bad and they were not responsible for it & would not replace it, then they had the nerve to try and sell me another one!! No one should buy from this raggedy place filled with shady people & bad tires! As a woman definitely don't go here!!

Go here! They'll restore your faith in humanity, and restore your tires while they are at it. We had a spike in my almost new Perrelli far from home and limped in close to midnight on my donut spare. I was at their mercy and expecting to be hosed. Instead they charged me just their regular $25 for a patch (just $15 if I wanted a plug instead.) They were kind and fast and they had me in and out of there like a NASCAR pit crew. Who else these days provides that kind of wonderful service 24 hours a day for any problem, let alone car trouble.
