Such a great experience with East Side Auto and especially David 💛 I actually had a list of repair shops I researched and planned to call, but while getting gas at the Mobil, I randomly decided to ask if they could take a look at my car to give me an estimate for the repairs. I am so thankful I did. David and the team were kind, professional, patient, and super thorough from the very beginning. They ran their own diagnostics and he walked me through everything clearly, and even brought me back to the work area to show me exactly what needed to be repaired and explain my options without pressure. The shop was busy the entire time I was there, but David stayed calm, helpful, and attentive with everyone who came in. You can tell they really care about people and take pride in their work. I came back the following week for the repairs, everything was finished on time, and they even hand washed and detailed the car inside and out before pickup. I am really impressed by the whole experience and will absolutely recommend David and East Side Auto again and again.

10/10 Military Friendly, Professional, Courteous, and Well Priced This shop not only understands customer service but goes above and beyond to fix your car problems! I stumbled upon this place for a brake job. Without an appointment and only a few hours before closing, David and his nephew Samir found out that I was a military service member and front loaded me to get the job done on the spot. They run the shop with the highest professionalism and yet treats everyone like family. It is my go to shop and I don’t ever mind the drive out from Brooklyn.

David and team members were prompt, helpful, kind, and efficient. The inspection process for my Toyota Highlander was professional, careful, and efficient. I could ask all of my multiple questions without feeling rushed. I felt informed and supported. I sat down for a little East Harlem breakfast, did a little work on my laptop, and then my Highlander was ready for me. It was a good morning. Shout out to the team at Eastside Auto Services.
