They are extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to luxury vehicles, and always take the time to explain what’s needed without ever trying to upsell unnecessary work. Their pricing is more than fair, and you can genuinely feel that they care about their customers, not just the transaction. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can trust for two decades, but that’s exactly what they’ve been for me. Honest, skilled, and consistent every single time. Stay from away from this place!! I called for a quote to change my brake pads and I was quoted $275. When I arrived the guy said the real price is supposed to be $350. I ordered OEM brake pads which I’ve used multiple times and never had a problem. The only reason I even came to this shop was because my mechanic went away for vacation. I figured hey it’s only brake pads so anyone can get it right. After they replaced the brake pads I drove it a for a few minutes and the brakes started squeeking. When I returned they claimed I ordered the wrong brake pads. Once my mechanic came back he adjusted the brake pads the correct way and everything was fine. Also if you’re not from their race they treat you as if you’re a fool. Trust me you will regret going to this place.

They took care of my 2005 Audi S4’s coolant leak that sprung up out of nowhere. Thank god I live 5 minutes away. Had to drive down there literally with no coolant left and made it before any overheating. They took my car right in and was done same day. Price was not bad out the door for labor, parts and coolant. Highly recommended this shop for your European cars.

Richard and his crew are the best BMW Mechanics I've ever been to! They know what they are doing and the most important thing is that he is honest. Doesn't over charge and gets the job done in a timely manner. I've been going to him for years and never once had an issue or known anyone who's had an issue. Trust me, if you have a BMW, and need a trust worthy honest mechanic, this is the place to go. Don't make the mistake and go elsewhere!
