East Coast Auto Plaza - Body Shop

East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. My car was hit while parked and unattended and the damage was so much worse than I could guess from looking at it (first 4 pics), and when my insurance declared it a total loss, I chose to keep the car and move forward with repairs. As I navigated through that stressful process, my primary point of contact with ECAP was Benny, and found him to be so easy to work with - professional, courteous, and completely honest. He and the rest of the team also worked hard to stay on schedule to have my car ready to go for my Thanksgiving travels. and I'm so grateful for that. I won't hesitate to choose East Coast again if I need them in the future.

They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle through Progressive. My car was severely damaged while parked, and at one point I truly thought it would be declared a total loss. Beyond the high-quality technical work, they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, explaining the progress and coordinating everything with the insurance company. The repairs were done with great attention to detail, and my car was returned to me looking and functioning like new. Getting into an accident is an inconvenience between dealing with your insurance company and trying to find a reputable auto body shop is not fun. East Coast Auto Plaza makes the experience that much easier. It's a very large shop, well run clean and organized. Everyone one I dealt with from Kathy at the front desk to Benny who handled my claim were polite and professional. Even their waiting room was comfortable and pleasant. The work was done in the time they estimated, and they kept in contact and gave updates throughout my time there. A big plus was the rental car company delivered the car there and I was able to drop it off back at the shop (one less thing to worry about) Would highly recommend this place to anyone if you need work done. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Nice job East Coast Auto Plaza for making the experience hassle free!

I needed repairs to my car after a minor accident. The insurance company sent me here, and I am glad they did. Very friendly staff, excellent communication, and a fantastic, high quality job. Looks like it never happened! The job was completed quicker than I expected, too! Another big plus was convenient Sunday hours, which made drop-off and pick up easier for me. Highly recommend.
