Eagle Tire Shop Brooklyn & Hand Car Wash

I’ve been going to Eagle Tire Shop for a while now and honestly it’s one of the few places I actually trust with my car. Every time I stop by, the staff is friendly, respectful, and always willing to explain things instead of trying to upsell random stuff. They work fast, the prices are fair, and they always make sure the job is done right the first time. One thing I really appreciate is that they take care of loyal customers. Whenever I buy more than one tire, they usually help me out with a discount, which really makes a difference. It shows they actually care about keeping customers happy instead of just making a quick sale. Whether I needed new tires, a repair, or just had questions about my car, they’ve always treated me like a valued customer instead of just another number. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and as someone who’s into cars and quality work, that means a lot to me The atmosphere is chill, the service is reliable, and I’ve recommended Eagle Tire Shop to friends and family because of how consistent they are. It’s become my go-to spot anytime I need tire work or maintenance. Definitely one of the best local shops around, and I’ll keep coming back.

This repair shop is unreliable. They tried to fix a tire pressure sensor, but didn't fix it properly. When I went back and asked them to fix it again, they denied it, saying they wouldn't acknowledge the repair without an invoice. They never give invoices to customers; I've had several repairs done there without receiving an invoice. If any customers go there for repairs, please ask for an invoice. Please don't make excuses. Your employee told me to come back the next day for repairs, and he said his boss knew about it and would repair it for free. But you're asking for an invoice, and your employee didn't give me one at all. That's why you're denying it. This isn't the first time I've had repairs done at your shop, and you've never given me an invoice before. Anyway, it doesn't matter, this is the last time I'll be getting repairs done at your shop. However, I want to warn everyone: if you get repairs done there, make sure you get an invoice, because they have a bad reputation.

This shop is plainly dangerous. My in-law was towed to this shop to replace one tire. They did not put the correct rated tire (102T when all other 3 are 106H) and overcharged her for one tire ($130). This is dangerous especially on front axle. I called the guy and asked to get the proper rated tire, he quote me $200 for one tire additional and would not take back the other tire. Stay away.

Got a car wash here . Has a really strong lingering chemical smell and is not clean also kept my car key had to go back and my box of tissues missing

Not reliable place. They charge for things that aren’t broken and keep “the bad parts” possibly for reselling. Flat tire super expensive!!!
