E 222 Automotive Repair

PLEASE READ. I brought my car here three times, first time I had a water pump issue for my Audi, they claimed the spark plugs and waterpump was completely replaced because they were deteriorated and paid $1,500. 3 months later my coolant started leaking every 3-4 days. Brought it back and they kept the car for 5 DAYS before I could even get an answer so I had to go in personally to ask them about the update. THEY NEVER ANSWER. the owner Harry told me it wasn't leaking and there are no problems. 2 days later, I'm out of coolant again. I sent it to a different shop trusted by another family member, and they took out the parts of the waterpump and spark plus along with some hoses, ALL OLD STILL. they scam you and overcharge you, I paid $600 for the replacement of all these parts and they show you pictures of the parts they took out and the new ones. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.

My car inspection had expired and the place that I originally go was closed. I decided to try this place knowing they did inspections. I am female first. I was alone second. I pull up and they take the car inside the shop. They put the car on the suspension and one of the men call me inside and inform me that I need both my front and back break pads replaced. I think to myself that I know my breaks. So, I engage and asked how much, their reply $250. So will that affect me passing the inspection? He mumbled something that sounded like a yes. I said ok than give me my car. He tells me oh no I will pass you. "like he was doing me a favor" He even started talking about the water pump need changing. I again asked for my car. They finish the car and bring me the receipt, let me mention that was also a game for them. He stood inside and extended his arm and made me walk over to him "male move". I asked how much, it was dark now and I didn't have my glasses. He said $60. I was able to do enough squinting and seen the price was $37. I said than why do the receipt indicate $37. They said well you know. They charged me $60 for the inspection. He than asked where you from. HUH!!!! Now let me tell you how this all ended. They ruined the hood of my car. The hood is lifted a direct result of them. This place is the worse. I would not recommend anyone to this shop. I am so angry with them all I wanted was my inspection. Now I'm doing repairs.

This is the Bronx so it doesn’t surprise me They rip you off here they overcharge you based on parts. They make money off of you by overcharging. This came straight from a mechanic mouth there himself named GEORGIE slim Jamaican man who work there told me that himself because he’s a hard worker and he told he they pay him only $80 a day! For labor like taking engines out! That is not the type of people you want working on your vehicle!

The man Harry is a rip off. He tried to tell me I needed a new transmission.$1800 Which the only thing i needed was a new pressure switch $200 Went somewhere else.My car is fixed and running great. I will never go there again
