Excellent experience with this auto body shop! We had our Tesla Model X repaired here, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The quality of work was outstanding, appointments were always on time, and everything went exactly as explained. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop.

I I brought my vehicle to Don for repainting of my hood (after a prior repair) and later for bumper refinishing and front plate hole repair. While the paint initially looked acceptable from a distance, defects became visible shortly after. There were visible specs under the clear coat, compound residue left in creases and under the hood, and the bumper began showing chips and peeling within weeks. My detailer later pointed out that the bumper was not fully reinstalled correctly and that polishing compound had been left throughout the vehicle. When I raised concerns, I was told it “just needed polishing.” Later, I was told the bumper damage was from an accident and not paint failure. I disagreed, as the defects appeared in the same areas that were repaired. To clarify a few points from the owner’s response: • I was never personally told there would be no guarantee on the hood work. • I did not ask for anything “free” beyond correcting issues that appeared shortly after the repair. • My concerns are based on the condition of the paint and installation quality, not price. I initially left a positive review because I believed the work was done properly. I updated it only after the defects became apparent over time. I understand mistakes can happen. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the shop.

I had a great experience at Don’s Auto Repair. They are very reasonably priced and don’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. The team was prompt with timing and got my car back to me exactly when they said they would. Most importantly, they did an excellent job,the quality of work was top-notch, and my car is running perfectly now. It’s hard to find a shop that is both trustworthy and efficient, but Don’s Auto Repair definitely delivers on both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.
