I had a fender panel pop loose. This was the second time I went to DeVille for this. The first time was the left front, now it was the right. Both times they fixed it in just minutes. The mechanic Antonio knew just what to do and it took 10 minutes. Same as before, Tina said there was no charge, since it was so minor. I did the right thing as a thank you, and am writing this to let people know this is a good shop with a long history of old school service.

Went to meet a vehicle inspection required by GEICO. Fixed an appointment on Monday for the inspection scheduled for Wednesday at noon. Went right on time for my appointment. The lady in the office was busy and could not find my appointment. Maybe she wrote the wrong name! However, amidst many distractions and divisions (both internal and external), she was able to finish the inspection within 5 minutes. I went in at 12 and was out by 12.45 pm. In general, they are so busy! (Maybe short of hands). So make sure you get an appointment before going there. Secondly, reconfirm your appointment well in advance to avoid wasting time. Customer service is good and friendly. Not sure about the vehicle repairs, which I am yet to take. They have submitted the inspection confirmation file within a reasonable period of time. That is all that matters to me 😊
