"Use Uber, it won't hurt us at all. We don't care about you". This is what the dispatcher said to me this morning. I thought I was supporting a local business, calling on them above anyone else for 25 years. Even though their cars are old and dirty. Even though the drivers are not always professional. Even though they don't always show up. Even though it is inconvenient to call them. No problem, Delancey, I'll use Uber. Good luck.

Delancey Car Service dispatcher - is a liar and misrepresents how soon your car will arrive. He tells you 5 minutes, then you stay waiting 20 minutes +. You call back and he threatens to cancel your car altogether. He began to threaten to ban and block me and begins to curse and insult. HE IS KILLING DELANCEY CAR SERVICE BUSINESS FROM WITHIN !!! THE POOR DRUVERS THEN CALL AND ASK WHERE ARE YOU ? AFTER I have had to make other arrangements with another car service. I find New Day Car Service to be more professional and reliable. Delancey needs to fire their dispatcher that says he doesn't care; and demand a true customer service professional. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO BE AT A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT OR SOMEWHERE SOON !!! VERIFY TIME OF PICK UP AND BEWARE OF DELAY TACTIC OF KEEPING YOU ON LINE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. WHILE HE LETS HIS PREFERED DRIVERS GET WITHIN RANGE. SHADY DISPATCHER REFUSES TO LIST PRICE AS REQUIRED BY LAW. HE SAYS, THE DRIVER WILL TELL YOU. THIS IS ILLEGAL.

I would like to say Delancey Car Service is on point. The driver arrive early just like Jonathan told me he would. From the time you call to make your request to the finish line. Jonathan a huge shout to you fir your Great Customer service. You made my day hassle free , polite , professional & punctual service has me for life. Muchas Gracias 👌💯

I use this cab service all the time they are super great until today. I called the dispatch they said 5mins so I was already ready so I’m already heading down to meet the driver. Driver calls me and ask where am I I said I’m in the elevator heading down he then ask if my address by the bus stop I said closer to the parking lot actually so he proceeds to say yes I’m here I walk outside I don’t see a cab driver anywhere I called the cab driver back and he says he’s here and I say where and gave my address and he said yes he’s here I explained that I’m in the middle of the st and still see no cab so I proceeded to call the dispatch and explained to the dispatcher that I believe his cab driver must be lost or have the wrong address bc I do not see him the dispatcher went and spoke to him. Now here’s where I got mad bc the dispatcher comes back on my line and asks me if I was rude to the driver bc he don’t feel comfortable to take you. lol I call this cab service almost every day never gave them an issue always was kind and respectful now since this cab driver was lost am the problem? Mind you I was a bit frustrated bc I’m trying to tell the cab driver I do not see him and he keeps saying he’s on my location instead of driving up to me or saying he sees me and I’m already running late for work bc the cab driver was lost, but I was once never rude to the cab driver.

The dispatcher male who picks up the phone is EXTREMELY rude. Does not let you speak, always interrupting and rudely hung up the phone on me. Never reccomending OR using this car service. disgusting
