I had 5 good months with Dejoys. Done with them now. Waiting in the rain - no car came. I called a few times so they were annoyed obviously because they had no car for me. Another one bites the dust.

The most disrespectful car service, some drivers & customer service. They do nothing but yell at the customers & make them wait for a very long time. ZERO respect for customer's time. Save your nerves & do never think of booking with them.. Obviously, they less care! Like their customer service & drivers said, if you can't wait,then walk!!!! What a shame, this co. Should be closed!! One star cause I am obliged to put it, but they are way less than ZERO!

Dejoy’s service needs to be shut down their drivers are unreliable! They often don’t know the correct address, and when you try to correct them, they act confused like they don’t understand. This isn’t the first time I’ve been taken to the wrong place. On top of that, they’re always late for pickups and drop-offs. Honestly, just use Uber or Lyft—they’re faster and actually get you where you need to go on time.

Stay away from this place never ever will I take this car service, I called on this past sat to go to ER he said no cars I said please it's a emergency he said I know but you never wait for our car then said I'm not sending you a car, I was admitted into the hospital that day. Horrible dirty cars, people I also had my insurance take them off as a ride. Stay away is your can your choice.
