I was truly shocked at how fair, honest, kind and fast my experience was with Dan's Auto Collision. Dilion was responsive and transparent updating me as progress was being made on my car. Dropped my car off on a Monday had it back first thing Friday morning looking good as new. My car was cleaned inside and out as well which was the cherry on top. Quality work, quality people- hard to come by. Hopefully won't have to return but if I do, at least I know I'll be taken care of!

I had a mishap about two weeks ago and broke the right taillight on my vehicle. A friend recommended Dan’s Auto Collision, and I’m glad they did. I was greeted immediately and politely by the staff, and after I explained what happened, they examined the damage right away. They ordered the necessary parts from the dealer and gave me a reasonable quote, so I left a down payment. About an hour later, they called to let me know they found an aftermarket part that would work just as well, cutting the total cost in half. I really appreciated the honesty and initiative. A few days later, they contacted me again to say the part had arrived and I could bring the car in. I dropped it off, and less than thirty minutes later, they called to say it was ready. The work was flawless, the staff was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and surprisingly pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
