Someone hit me so the back of my SUV was crushed in. The at faulter drivers insurance took care of the bill. MacArthur did a phenomenal job on the repairs! I was skeptical on the rave ratings and reviews but this shop is legit! Lia at the front desk is super friendly, responsive and helpful.. she is the type of person you want to speak with when you have a car collision and you need work done. Professional, warm, empathetic and willing to hear you, unlike those that are cold and they dont want to be bothered. Craig is the manager and he took care of my car, my concerns and was straight to the point. You can just tell that he has tons of experience and knowledge and isnt there to BS you. At no time during my interactions did I feel pressured or deceived. He made me feel confident in them and their work. Their work stood out as they not only Honda OEM replaced my tailgate and bumper but the waxed, polished, washed, vacuumed, took care of some chips and scratches and even provided me with a small container of matching paint. None of this was charged and they just did it as part of their excellent service... Just wow! I am thoroughly impressed and have not experienced this level of customer care and service in a really long time, let alone from a shop. By the way when you walk in, the office looks professional, bright, modern, and welcoming... it isnt dingy, smelly, and depressing looking like most of the shops I have been to. Great shops exist and the people and service of MacArthur are a shining example! Do not hesitate to call them as they will take of you and then some!

This is a great clean and friendly shop with great customer service. They give honest, up-to-the-minute updates on the status of your vehicle and how long the repairs will take.

This shop is friendly and professional. They handled my insurance claim and although the damage to my car was minimal they repaired it quickly. I am pleased with the quality of work and if I need anything else repaired, I will definitely call on this shop.
