Unfortunately, my car ended up being a total loss, but instead of leaving me stuck, Kevin went above and beyond by recommending someone who was able to help me get into a brand new car. Even though the repair couldn’t be completed due to the total loss, the level of care and integrity shown really stood out. He also arranged for my rental vehicle to be extended until my car was completed. Throughout the process, Nick provided regular updates along with photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Once the repairs were finished, he personally delivered my vehicle to my home, located 40 minutes from his shop. Overall, the experience was seamless and highly professional. 5/5 Stars — Superb Paint Job & Incredible Service! Brought my car to Custom Auto Tech for a bad door dent, and they fixed it perfectly without replacing the door skin, which I didn’t want to do. I dealt with Mike and Mark, and they even offered to paint my rear bumper and fix a front bumper scrape, all for an incredibly fair price. The results are amazing—the door looks great, both bumpers look brand new, and the silver metallic paint job is absolutely superb and matches perfectly. To top it all off, they cleaned the entire car, even taking the time to detail under the hood! Mike and Mark are honest, hardworking guys who do highly skilled work. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend Custom Auto Tech!
