Especially at the counter where helmets or passes are sold—there used to be a gentleman there who was excellent; however, the people currently working there are very arrogant and rude—they barely even want to speak.

Had a fantastic experience at the store while purchasing my new Honda Ruckus. Extremely pleased with the level of service provided; these professionals truly excel in their field! They not only assisted with the paperwork but also offered valuable insights on making the purchase more cost-effective. In short, the team is incredibly friendly, and I was delighted to collaborate with them. Now, I know exactly where to go for my next motorcycle purchase in New York. Highly recommend to everyone!

I went there to oil and break change come out with left front fork leaking 🙃 lol seriously . Bike has 2k mile i take care of it more then my wife if you know what I mean.bdw you can see when person lie. The reaction was I put the bike on the lift and start leaking haha I also told you if it was any leak I would see it cuz I just wash it any way never again

I had a tire replaced they scratched up and dinged the rim. Going back to have a 8K service you could hear the mechanics goofing off till one of the front guys had to tell them to get back to work after I've been waiting for more than two hours. Also they didn't follow most of the guidelines mentioned in the manual of the bike (replace spark plugs for example/ air filter) If you actually care about quality of work perhaps this isn't the place.
