Been coming here for a few years and I'm finally getting around to writing them a review. These guys are excellent. So friendly, so accommodating, really are PROFESSIONALS in this line of work. They know how to work on Teslas (jack mode, pucks) which is a huge plus. I've owned cars for years and years but have never had to get a new set of tires since I usually lease. I was worried about what that process would look like. But it was so easy to order my tires online, specify Cross Island Tire & Wheel as my installer of choice, the tires shipped to them, they gave me a ring that they were in and I could come in anytime I want. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes. And it was exactly as Tire Rack quoted me for, so it's all for an honest price. Thank you for putting a complete noob at ease!

After lease return inspection, I was told my wheels needed to be refinished and powder coated. Brought my car in at 3 o clock and it was ready by 12 o clock the next day. Quick and efficient. Will recommend to friends and family.

They had multiple priced options available for the repair/replacement of our rims and tires. The service was fast, the next day, and short. We left it overnight for the repairs. They said it would be ready by noon and it was ready. We took it out for a test drive with the repairman and everything felt like new. Came by because of shakes in the steering wheel from 55-70 mph and because of a bent rim. Jay was able to straighten out the outer lip of my two piece rim. He did such a good job I couldn’t even find where the original damage was. Furthermore, he realized that my wheels needed a spacer to have a more snug fit with the car. Because of these two services, my car barely has any shakes now. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expertise in wheel/rim services.
