Clinton Hill Ace Hardware , Benjamin Moore Paint

I shopped at this hardware store for 15 years without issue. My son just bought a heat gun, opened the package, turned it on once, realized it was not the product he needed, and went to return it two hours later in exactly the condition he bought it in, and he was told it was "used." Had he gone to Home Depot down the road, it would have been returned without issue. We try supporting the small, local shops on Myrtle Ave, but this was extremely disappointing customer service and not the way to treat your neighbors. I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere now.

Been coming here for years. Anytime me or my grandmother needed something fixed, repaired, or even just copies of keys made, they’ve always been super helpful and clutch. Real neighborhood hardware store with good people and great service.

I'd give 10 stars if possible. We had a sink kitchen pipe rust out and break. So we brought the pipe components with us to get the accurate parts. The gentleman who assisted us saved us a good 3 hours of by measuring out, cutting, and piecing the pipe back together with all new parts. I can't say enough about the level of service, the knowledge, and the friendly nature of the team over there. My wife even said that she's never experienced that level of service at a hardware store. Again, double the stars.

Needed a plug replacement they had it. Always great service for my lockouts as well. A good stock of items, friendly service. I've lived in the neighborhood for 27 years, this is my go to spot. Thanks guys.

Came in the store today and needed help finding a few items. It didn’t take longer than 1 minute in to walking in the store to get help by the very polite and helpful associate TRINI. Very easy and helpful experience. Will go back for my building needs.
