We brought a 2016 Honda Fit here, first for a pre-purchase inspection and then left it for repair of the rear brakes. There were multiple problems with their work. First, they didn’t include checking the AC system in the pre-purchase inspection: this resulted in a $1300 cost to us. 2nd, when they put the wheels back on the car, they left off 1 lug nut out of 4 on one of the rear wheels. This is more than sloppy. In addition we found that the lug nuts were all slightly different when before they had been the same except for one locking lug nut. We are getting a different shop now to look over everything.

Make sure you review and approve the estimate in writing before doing any work & confirm the work was done properly here. I was charged $30 for “tire check” but all of my tires were filled to diff PSI ranging from 28 to 35 PSI…

Called to see if there was time for an inspection and they said they had the time. Drove over and got an inspection within less than 30 minutes. The mechanic who helped also pointed out something I should fixed and offered to do so, but I didn’t have the time and what was nice is he didn’t pressure me. Great service!

Make sure you see and approve all work being done. I ended up paying twice as much as I was initially quoted, without my consent. I feel played with.
