City World Ford Service

First of all the worst service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my car asking for the 5K maintenance (replace oil and filter), changing my flat tire, putting my spare tire to back on n it’s slot under trunk and adjusting tire pressure after replacement. After waiting a one day they said that I can pick up the car. When I got my car, found that oil and filter were not changed, the spare tire was not placed in its slot (it was in trunk, please see attached images) , the tire pressure was not adjusted. When I asked the official Demetrius why these were not done? I received an answers that the oil and filter don’t need to be changed and even he claimed that I wouldn’t say it … when he continued talking to me in an extremely indifferent manner, I took my car and left the service. It was a disgraceful experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone

This place is the worst ever. Please don’t take your car there. My car had an engine problem which they convinced my insurance that it was chewed wires. Once I got my car back, every alert continued. My car was never fixed and I almost died on a road trip this weekend because of it along with my wife and child. I will be seeking litigation moving forward but please do not trust these people at City World Ford Service. I REPEAT, DO NOT PIT YOUR CAR SAFETY IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS!!!!! There’s so much more that I can write about my experience but this is the gist. Don’t use them!!!!

The people at City World Ford our first class. I purchased a used F-150 pickup from them. The sales team were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They stand behind their sales trying to please their customers. Will definitely go and see them on our next car purchase. John T.

Luis was the man! We just bought a Durango that had a slight issue that just wouldn’t go away. After numerous visits, they finally narrowed it down and fixed it. Throughout the entire process my boy Luis was awesome 🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I worked with Eric. Very respectful, courteous and walked me through the process of getting my car fixed. I prefer this location rather than the Scarsdale location. My issue was fixed quickly and I was out the door. Highly recommended. Thanks Eric
