Highly unprofessional. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing in this sorry excuse for a service center. Dropped off Company Vehicle and it sat there for TWO MONTHS and not ONE SINGLE phone call with any update. I had to call several times to get an update and they knew nothing. Finally received vehicle and the Wheelock key was missing from glove compartment for a SECOND TIME HERE. They promised to order a replacement and call me when ready to pick up but of course. No one ever called. Billed $3500 dollars as well. Owners are either the problem or poorly managed. Our Company will no longer add Ford vehicles to our fleet. I’ve been to this service center several times and came away disgusted and disappointed each time. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

I had a bad experience because my car have 2 recalls one is for the back up camera, after I left my car there for 3 days, my backup camera still has the same issue which is that it goes blank black screen, I go back to the place and the person in charge tells me that they only check the problem but they do not fixt it unless I paid, how much? $249 and hour for the diagnostic plus whatever needs to be fixed, so why would I stay without my car for three days picking my daughter from school and doing all my stuff via public transportation just so they can check my car? That makes no sense The company knows that the backup camera issue is a factory problem that's why they do have a recall, so why do we the customer have to pay for fixing that.
View on GoogleI brought my vehicle in for service regarding an issue I was experiencing, and instead of clearly explaining the diagnosis or repair process, the service advisor immediately pushed for me to leave the vehicle overnight for “observation” without providing any real technical explanation as to why that was necessary. When I questioned this, I was told they needed to “verify” the issue and that I could be charged a diagnostic fee if they decided it was unrelated. I later contacted another dealership, and they informed me this type of repair is typically handled the same day and that there was no reason the vehicle needed to stay overnight simply for this concern. The service advisor also appeared unfamiliar with the issue I described and failed to communicate what was actually being checked or repaired. At no point was I properly walked through the process, findings, or next steps. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and lacked transparency. In addition, a “multi-point inspection” was supposedly completed, yet nothing meaningful appeared to have been checked or reviewed with me. No walkthrough was provided, no findings were discussed, and the inspection felt more like a box-checking exercise than an actual inspection of the vehicle.
View on GoogleA family member of mine had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. She brought her car in for a recalled part, and was told the issue had been fixed. However, shortly after getting the car back, the problem clearly wasn’t resolved and she had to return it again. What’s especially disappointing is that she has now been without her car for over a month, and the dealership has not offered a loaner vehicle or any meaningful support during this time. This situation shows a lack of thoroughness in repairs and poor customer service when handling the aftermath. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership
View on GoogleMaking an appointment with them is worth nothing, always a problem with this place. Another this, if you buy a new or used vehicle from a ford dealer do not, I repeat, do not buy any warranty, it's just a scam to make you spend more money! I been to place a couple of times and I just wasted my time. I end up going to my local mechanic and get the work done there. It's way faster and way cheaper.
