I don’t understand the bad reviews. Just did a month reservation and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Would go back again for sure

Paid $27 through spot hero originally even though my car wasn’t oversized I asked the guy. I come in today and I don’t make a reservation through spot hero because the guy tells me it’s $16 for a regular vehicle now he’s telling me it’s $30 even though it says on the sign it’s $16.

Customer service is very bad. I had to wait 5 minutes for the one employee to come up to the office as no one was there when I came up to pick up my car. He took the payment didn't say one single word the whole time. Now I have been waiting here 15 mins for my car and there's no employees to be seen anywhere.

Bought a spothero pass here & they were full and didn't honor it. I was told to go to another place and that they would honor it (152 Ashland Pl). They looked shocked and said they do that, and that pass was for the location I purchased it for. Don't waste your money.

Just got into a verbal confrontation with the parking attendant on duty today. He's the nastiest person ever and should NOT be working with people, especially not in professional areas. He's always a jerk but today he was especially nasty, enough for me to have to get out my car and put him in his place. You're not doing me a favor, I'm paying for a service!!!!! Fire this guy, he's only going to cost this company money. As it is, I used to park here every day and solely because of him I haven't parked there in over a month. He's the only one that was on duty today at 6:50 AM.
