After being involved in a car accident, I brought my vehicle here for repairs and had an excellent experience from start to finish. As a woman, it can be difficult to find an auto repair shop that is honest, trustworthy, and doesn't make you feel taken advantage of, but that was definitely not the case here. Everyone was professional, respectful, and transparent throughout the entire process. Tami was especially amazing—she handled everything for me, kept me informed, and even helped arrange a rental car, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I felt confident that my car was being repaired the right way. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and care I received. I had an amazing experience at this auto shop. I brought my car in after some damage, and they did an incredible job everything looks brand new, and the paint matched perfectly. You’d never even know anything happened. The team was professional, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Even with their new location, the quality and service are just as reliable as ever. I’ve trusted them for years, and they continue to exceed expectations. Definitely one of the best auto shops in NYC. Highly recommend!
