Highly recommend Charlie’s Auto Collision for any auto repair needs! As one of the few non-big-corporate-owned shops in the area, they actually work to understand your situation and quote you accordingly where possible. They matched and even undercut quotes from larger nearby shops while keeping quality very high. The repair results (see photos) were OEM level and shut lines were all very flush. I had the pleasure of working with Hassan who was fantastic throughout. He kept me updated, responsive at every step, and always willing to find the best solution to the problem. Picked up my repaired vehicle yesterday from Charlie's and could not be more satisfied. My car was struck during a snowstorm by a NYC snow plow and Charlie's coordinated all details with my car insurance (GEICO) including getting me a rental vehicle! They are a GEICO-authorized repair shop so they know what they are doing. Would recommend them to anyone for body work/repairs. Impossible to tell the vehicle was damaged. 5 stars to Hassan and the rest of the staff! They even detailed the car inside and out when repairs were finished!
