Excellent experience with MIKE at Certified Auto Collision. Clean-up truck backed into my Jeep and pierced a hole in the side. The clean-up service obviously agreed to cover damages and connected me with CAC. Admittedly I was a little nervous going in as it’s not my usual body shop, but have to say that I had nothing but the best experience. Mike was my point of contact throughout and he gave me a very realistic time estimate (less than a week in my case). Also assured me that they would do the job right and with authentic parts. Communication throughout was on point and they even delivered the car back to me. They had also offered to pick up my car initially, but I wanted to see if the place was legit! They absolutely are. All in all, great service. Would highly recommend.

My vehicle was involved in a collision, and had extensive damage on the driver’s side, including the two doors and panels under the doors over the wheel. I had my repairs done here, at first I was hesitant as the driver of the car that collided with mine was covering the repairs and suggested this auto repair shop, I had never used this particular shop before and didn’t know of any one who had, so I decided to take a chance and I must say, I was extremely impressed when I got my car back, I literally couldn’t tell there was even any damage to begin with, the body work was seamless, the paint job was immaculate.. So to say this is an auto repair shop I would highly recommend is an understatement. I reached out to one of the owners Mike here and man I was really impressed. Mike and his team took real good care of me and made the process very easy.
