I called around 9:00 AM and was quoted $100 for an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replacement. When I arrived around 11:30 AM, a woman working there told me the price was $160. I left and came back around 2:30 PM, and the man I originally spoke with was there. This time, he said the price was $150. When I questioned the changing prices, he claimed my battery was bad and that was why he couldn’t install the $100 screen. The problem with that explanation is that my phone’s screen was completely black and unusable, so there was no way for him to know the battery was bad when he originally quoted me $100 over the phone. He also told me he installed a good-quality screen, but the replacement screen was noticeably worse than the original. The colors looked off, the screen felt less responsive and slower, and the bezels around the display appeared larger and thicker than before. The overall quality was not what I expected for an iPhone 15 Pro Max repair. What made me even less confident was that he seemed unfamiliar with screen refresh rates and hertz (Hz), which I found concerning for a business that specializes in phone repairs and screen replacements. Between the inconsistent pricing, changing explanations, and the poor quality of the replacement screen, I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place, but honestly, it doesn’t reflect my experience at all. It’s pretty obvious some of those reviews are coming from competitors trying to bring the business down. The owner clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s highly skilled and offers services that are hard to find elsewhere. Locked iPhone T mobile, Verizo He can work with locked phones across major carriers, handle complex technical issues, and even take care of things like laptop repairs and advanced device modifications. From my experience, he’s professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. If you’re looking for someone who actually understands devices and can fix what others can’t, this is the place to go. Don’t let the negative reviews mislead you.

Update: My initial review was very critical, but after speaking with the owner Shahid and the store manager Shamil, the dispute was resolved and the refund issued, as was promised. The manager especially was remarkably calm and level headed in hearing out both of our sides, then issuing a formal apology on his and the stores behalf, acknowledging that it was wrong that I was immediately labeled a scammer in front of other customers and my initial query about the phone screen damage not examined properly. I commend him for de-escalating the argument and offering a bottle of water to me so that we wouldn't just talk past each other like last time. I hope that the workers learn from this experience and implement better protocols: issuing receipts for all purchases, hearing customers complaints before jumping to the worst conclusion about them, and generally, being more amicable. Ultimately, though, everyone deserves a second chance and no more so than small businesses. I will be coming back hear to purchase phone accessories, wearables, and general consumer electronics, God willing. Been coming here for years never had an issue love the service time and how fast it was . Recommend to anyone very clean respectful daily like business love it here will continue to come here after everything

Guy working there made me pay for a plan for 30 dollars saying it had 20GB of cellular data when i check with the carrier it says 12GB and its super super slow don’t recommend im coming in the store today and i want my money back to pay for another plan
