Used them for 7 years, but the service has gone downhill entirely. Stay away, it’s become a complete scam. I just got abandoned at the airport in the middle of the night with a crying toddler after calling and confirming with them twice. Dispatch had nothing for me, kept telling me someone was there when I was standing in the middle of the street with no one around. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves

This is my go to car service. I actually use them for my medical appointments and they are very reliable and most of their drivers are great. Once in awhile I’ll get a bad driver only to find out they were dispatched through a different company. Castle’s drivers are timely and skilled. I have no complaints. Things happen and you get past it. But at the end of the day l would recommend them anytime.

I work overnights near the area and use castle car service for when i have a long shift and am too tired to walk home. Their drivers always make me comfortable on my way home. It’s never an issue when i call for a cab plus the dispatchers always sends a driver quickly as possible for me. Thank you castle car service.

I had a terrible experience with Castle Car Service in Park Slope. The dispatcher was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I called to book a ride. They cut me off while I was speaking, sounded annoyed by my questions, and showed zero interest in helping. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when we rely on car services for convenience and reliability. I’ll be looking for a different service in the future. This was extremely disappointing.

Left my phone in the car and quickly realized a few minutes later. Driver was nice about it but dispatch made me pay for the driver having to come back. I understand protocol but this happened to my sister and she did not get charged. Be fair to all customers
