I recently brought my Honda Pilot to this shop following a fender bender accident. The team delivered outstanding structural and cosmetic repairs. My car now has perfect panel alignment, flawless paint matching, and a smooth clear coat with no overspray. Panel alignment was restored to factory specifications with consistent gaps and no visible distortion. Paint matching and blending were flawless — under both natural and artificial light, the repaired area is indistinguishable from the original factory finish. Clear coat application was uniform with proper gloss retention and no evidence of overspray, orange peel, or pitting. The entire repair cycle was completed ahead of the estimated timeline, with clear communication throughout. My vehicle drives straight, handles properly, and looks as good as before the accident. I drive a 2013 Rdx and it has alot of little imperfections along with the small damage i have here.I found out that earlier repairs where half ass! Old body shop never replaced the bumper they used bondo but quoted a new bumper .. but these guys went above and beyond. I cant say too much but all ima say is if u need it done right PULL UP!

Wow! My car looks amazing!!!! Im so relieved and pleased. From drop off to pick up customer service from both at the front desk was efficient, engaging, and pleasant! I hope not to visit again 🤣 (I had collision/body work)but it's good to know I have place. I highly recommend!!!

New Genesis is best collision and repair shop I've ever been to. Great service. I was beyond happy with my car repair when I saw it. They did a superb job on the body of my car. Mahmadur Rahman was the best! He was a pleasure to work with. Very patient and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and was so helpful. I wish all businesses could have someone like him. I will be using New Genesis Automotives again and will recommend them to everyone.
