After being involved in a stressful motor vehicle accident, they really went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as smooth and seamless as possible, ultimately exceeding my expectations. From day one they handled everything, from coordinating the towing of my vehicle directly to completing the comprehensive repairs. Their communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. They kept me informed via both phone calls and text messages, always making sure I knew exactly where things stood with my vehicle. I never had to wonder or chase anyone down for an update. The documentation they provided was very thorough, covering every aspect of the repair from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at its perfection. The office staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. A very special shoutout to Josh, my estimator, who was phenomenal throughout this entire process. His expertise, transparency, passion, and dedication to getting my car back made all the difference. Getting my car back just in time for Memorial Day weekend felt like the best gift I could have asked for after almost a month without it.

Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff. Few things to know: 1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic. 2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end. 3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call. 4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair. Highly recommend.

Great service. Took a while to get my car back but I was super impressed with the work that was done after I’d gotten into an accident that damaged the front. The staff is great (Michaela and Lauren especially were a lot of laughs) and I was kept in the loop daily with what stage of repair my car was on. Recommended.

These guys can make it happen!! About 1 week and half ago my car was picked up and brought in for body work to be done. When I came to come pick it up today it was fully renewed. The communication and service from the front workers in the office is impeccable. They make sure to communicate every step of the way of the car being finished and show that the car is being fully taken care of. No scratches, no more dent or pot whole dents. Even received a full detail when picking it up. Thank you to Dexter, Lauren and Makela. Thank you to Omar for detailing the car. Great work!!

Greg and his team is top notch. From beginning to end they took care of me and my vehicle. The team is very communicative and professional. The repair was completed before the giving date and kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
