Everything you've read in the other reviews. Precious timing, great communication, professional service and obvious pride in they do. Hope to never see them again, but if I need work or knows someone that needs work.. this is the place to trust. Great detailing as well.

This CARSTAR location was great. They did bodywork and painted my car after an auto accident. They kept me informed throughout the repair window. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

My experience was a good one, 2021 Serious damage I took my car to CARSTAR. My car was looked at Buy one of the techs mechanics I was told the procedure what had to be done. I dropped my car off just a few days later and a few days later I got the phone call. My car was ready for pick up not even a week. I was very surprised, and when I saw it, I just couldn’t believe. Cab driver ran a stop sign and took out the entire front of my car, took it to Brooklyn auto solutions and met with josh who assured me that they will have my car looking as it just came off the showroom floor ! I must say I was totally impressed with the work on how perfectly they blended the paint but also the turn around time frame, within 3 week I had my car back and you couldn’t tell it was ever in an accident, Josh was also very responsive and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair. If you’re ever in need of a quality shop that does quality work with outstanding customer service then Brooklyn Auto Solutions is the place, just as for Josh he is incredibly knowledgeable!
