My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT developed the dreaded "Hemi Tick" and after patiently working with my after market warranty Charlie rebuilt my engine and got me back on the road better then ever. You're not going to find a more honest straight forward mechanic in the Brooklyn area, Go see Charlie at CarDoc he won't steer you wrong.
View on GoogleWow! I had such an amazing experience getting my Jeep inspected and repaired at this business. I first got this business recommended to me when my check engine light turned on. I drove over and explained that my engine light is on and that id like to get it checked out. Charles got right to it and quickly pointed out that I had a rat problem under my hood and that it needs thorough cleaning in order to prevent further damage. He did an incredible job cleaning it thoroughly and sprayed the whole thing to keep rats away for a while. The quote was absolutely fair and affordable in my opinion. They also identified the problem that was causing the engine light problem and fixed it within the hour, new parts and all! Truly impressive. I had my filters replaced as well and again, fair prices. Genuinely nice guys working there and they take real good care of the cars that they work on. Ill be returning for my car needs in the future. Oh and he even buffed out some scratches I had on my door just because 🥺 A car angel 😇

View on GoogleI had a engine problem that other mechanics couldn't fix. Charlie was the guy that finally properly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I have since recommended this shop to 2 friends and both told me they had great experiences. Definitely recommend everyone to try these guys out
