Took my Mercedes GLC 300 for brakes and rotors. The owner was very knowledgeable. The mechanics were very skilled and helpful The price was fair. The parts were original Mercedes parts. Service was quick. I will be taking my car back as needed.

In short, this is where good cars come to die. Sweet talkers but know nothing about cars, went for a simple oil change but they talked me into changing the spark, man handled the car, no care what so ever, broke the original parts, replaced it with fake auto zone parts with .30 mm bigger sparks, changed my ignition coil and then said its problem with transmission, the car would jerk on ideal, miss fires in all cyl. paid about $800 to get out of them, went to a different mechanic just to find out all miss matched newly inferior aftermarket parts had to be swapped back for my originals, some were able to be reinstalled and some had to be replaced with new parts as they damaged my originals beyond useable.. and car started to work fine and the TRANSMISSION was at a flawless condition. DO NOT GO apart from body works.

Absolutely! Absolutely do not go to this place. The new owner Joelle will rob you. He took 10 months to fix my car and told me that it was due to car delays and he was waiting for specific parts. I took my car to another dealer and he put Different parts to a brand new car. So in actuality, I waited 10 months for nothing. He wanted the check to be mailed to him and it was mailed to me and I wouldn’t provide it until service was done and he felt that I wasn’t going to pay for the service so he held my car for 10 months. Worst service ever. The owners prior were amazing , so please do not follow the reviews because it is being quoted from the previous owner. Not the new owner. Horrible experience.

I went there to fix my engine. From my experience, they are the most professional auto mechanics in Bronx. The manager, Mr. Majumder, was very polite, and they fixed my car within 3 days. Highly recommended.
