Took my car here a couple times already. Service is great , pricing is great. Everyone there is awesome.

They work good but they don't have no consideration sometimes, I went one day for an oil change and they put my vehicle on the machine that lifts the vehicle and on the process of doing that the machine cable got broken, so now they couldn't bring down the vehicle until another company from outside had to come in a fix it, I was there for about 5 hours, lost my day of working and on top of that after they came and fix it, I got charge the same high price of the service, now I wasn't looking for no discount but come on, I couldn't go to work because they don't maintain there equipment and didn't even offer a little discount. This is not about the discount is about the service they give the customer.

A friend of mine referred me to this shop b/c he has been going here for over 10 yrs. I needed a mechanic b/c my car wouldn't start. I was getting a jump for the last three days. When I arrived, no one greeted me the way a prospective customer should be greeted. I was finally directed to a man, I think his name is Macheté. He and 2 other workers half examined the car and told me that I would have to leave it for further inspection. Reluctantly, I did. I called the shop the next day to see what was wrong. I was told that the battery wires were replaced n that the battery was changed as well n that everything was $250. I told him that I didn't need his battery b/c I could get one with a 3yr warranty from Autozone. When I arrived to pick up the car, I tried to talk to Macheté about the car. He couldn't talk to me because he was dealing with other customers...like I didn't exist. Then I was charged a $30 restocking fee for the battery...which I already told him I didn't need. Then I get my car n it has paw prints on my seat as if they let an animal in my car. They didn't properly put back the wires so there were literally wires hanging from my car. This is THE WORSE shop ever! Run far away!

Horrible customer services. I was treated disrespectfully by the staff. My concerns we not address.
