C & M Truck & Tire Repair

Bought a bucket truck and realized the tires were not safe to drive. Found the closest tire shop Carmine came highly recommended! He did not disappoint!!! Showed up at closing they fit me in. 4 new tires on a F450 after closing! Drove home safely 1.5 hours!!! Superior customer service! 5 stars!

It’s inside the gated community. Quick service for tires. Price is a bit expensive but in an emergency it’s better than a road service. They do tires and general trucks repairs. Parking lot is decent for the area.

I do not know how good these guys are at repairing I would not recommend anyone to tow truck there for repair without a preliminary call I had a situation the truck broke down and towing company recommend them and that what I did the next day the owner refused to repair my truck refer to the fact that there is a very a lot of work actually work there was for a couple of hours and he suggested me to tow the truck to someone else or wait five days, the work was for several hours, I even offered to pay extra so as not to spend again on towing. This is how I paid two prices for towing the truck, plus the towing of the truck from their location was twice as expensive as before. In addition to this, the owner tried to instill in me that there were some things to do that, in my opinion, should not have been done at all, he didn’t even look at the problem in principle.In a conversation with the owner, my opinion and impressions turned out so that I wouldn’t recommend and would not trust these people, everything is very suspicious, maybe it’s good that they didn’t make a service for me and it could be a lot of money for me! Highly not recommended to tow any vehicle there!!!

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and great employees. They always are very informative and helpful no matter what time of day it is or problem you may have. I have been to many places and this is by far the best

I had the worst experience with this company and strongly recommend anyone against using this place. The owner, Carmine, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and simply unqualified to run any business. I was looking for a permanent place to service and repair my truck and came to this place with the hope to establish a long-term relationship. Unfortunately, dealing with this place turned out to be a disastrous experience. I needed to replace a Cummins part – an easy enough task since they claim to be an official Cummins dealer. I gave the information to the owner and was waiting for the call back when to bring the truck for repairs. After not hearing back, I called them to see what's going on and was given a response that they were having a hard time finding the part. OK, no worries, things happen. Called myself several Cummins dealers and found the needed part. I called this place back and told them that I found the part and will be coming back on Monday for repairs (the conversation took place on Friday). Monday comes, I call them up and Carmine, the owner, out of the blue starts yelling (yes YELLING) that I need to stop calling them and wasting their time, and that they don't want my business. Hmmm, ok, I didn't quite expect that to say the least. The only thing I understood through Carmine's broken English was that he is not repairing the truck if I bring my own part. Well, sir, you couldn't find a part for me so I had to find it myself. Plus, no one ever told me that I cannot bring my own part. And, even if that is your policy, you have absolutely no business yelling at the customer. Well, this situation turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Thanks to the incompetence of the owner of C&M , I discovered that you can simply go to Campbell in New Jersey and pick up any cummins part the same day without paying a delivery fee. Plus, the same place in NJ gave me a better price to replace the part. So why would anyone want to order parts through this place, have to deal with the rude owner, and pay more for the same service you'd get at the official dealer is beyond me.
