If you’re going to use this service because you prefer to shop local, just know the burden will be on you. Call to confirm and make sure to make everything extra clear, they will not be confirming and even then might have your pick up time wrong and require a second call while waiting outside for your ride. My driver was on the phone on speaker the entire ride and saying some racially insensitive things knowing full well we both spoke the same language. He held me up at airport drop off asking for payment even thought the payment is made through the service portal. Let this be your last option before canceling your plans and give yourself ample time for hold ups if you’re traveling to the airport.

Straight garbage service. No zero star option. Had me waiting over an hour In the cold for a car. Was constantly told, 5 minutes Away when I called to check arrival time. Car never showed up. Save your money.

We used Bushwick Car Service for our recent vacation out of and into JFK. We called the night before our departure for a 645am pick up and the driver arrived 10 minutes early and didn't mind waiting for us. We called back after our return home while waiting for our luggage at the carousel and a driver called us and said "Just call me back once you have your bags and know what area of the arrivals zone you're in" and he was there within 5 minutes. $40 flat rate both ways, zero complaints, excellent service. We'll be using these folks for every airport run from now on!

They are now sending an automatic text message of the driver's location when he takes the trip, this is a great feature, because it eliminates the need to wait on hold until a driver takes the trip and provides an exact arrival time.

I called, the dispatcher was so busy that he didn’t hear the correct address. I always confirm the address before the driver leaves. The driver didn’t understand me, so I had to ask him for his phone to put the address in the gps. The driver was talking on the phone most of the ride. I really wanted a peaceful ride. He was also on his phone while driving and I had to tell him not to do so. Where does Bushwick can service get their drivers? The only good thing, it was cheaper than uber.
