We used Bushwick Car Service for our recent vacation out of and into JFK. We called the night before our departure for a 645am pick up and the driver arrived 10 minutes early and didn't mind waiting for us. We called back after our return home while waiting for our luggage at the carousel and a driver called us and said "Just call me back once you have your bags and know what area of the arrivals zone you're in" and he was there within 5 minutes. $40 flat rate both ways, zero complaints, excellent service. We'll be using these folks for every airport run from now on!
