Max was my point person who was very respectful and meticulous in providing me with whatever information I requested and educated me on the process with the insurance companies and adjusters throughout the repair process. They brought my beautiful Model X back to life from an unfortunate accident that to the naked eye (seemed not too big of a deal) but needed a major overhaul underneath. They made it right in the end even though the repair took longer then expected…but that’s how Tesla repairs are while waiting for part availabilities. They do a lot of good work. And you should definitely consider using their services. My car actually drove better after the accident than from before. Completely surprised and faith has been restored. Really happy with the work they did on my Infiniti Q60. The repairs came out great, and the car looks and drives like it should. What I appreciated most was that when I came back with a couple of small issues afterward, they took care of them right away and honored their warranty with no hassle. Brooklyn Motors did an amazing job on my Genesis GV80! The right side was all scratched up and now it looks brand new. You’d never know it was ever damaged. Super happy with the results and the whole team was great to work with. Highly recommend!
