Five-star experience. Roman took care of my car from start to finish and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The job came out absolutely flawless, you’d never even know there was damage. Super professional, great communication, and top-quality work. Highly recommend this body shop.
View on GoogleMax was my point person who was very respectful and meticulous in providing me with whatever information I requested and educated me on the process with the insurance companies and adjusters throughout the repair process. They brought my beautiful Model X back to life from an unfortunate accident that to the naked eye (seemed not too big of a deal) but needed a major overhaul underneath. They made it right in the end even though the repair took longer then expected…but that’s how Tesla repairs are while waiting for part availabilities. They do a lot of good work. And you should definitely consider using their services. My car actually drove better after the accident than from before. Completely surprised and faith has been restored. The quality of the repairs on my car was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. It’s not easy finding an auto shop that combines great workmanship with great customer service, but they truly delivered on both. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. My car looks great, and the whole experience was far less stressful because of their communication and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend SV Brooklyn Motors to anyone needing repairs done.

What I appreciated most was that when I came back with a couple of small issues afterward, they took care of them right away and honored their warranty with no hassle. It’s nice to find a shop that stands behind its work and genuinely cares about its customers. Thanks to the whole team for the great work and for making sure everything was done right.
