Bronx river lube

I would like to thank everyone working at this facilit, starting with the friendly maintenance staff, who perform their duties with great skill and professionalism. My car’s oil was changed, and I received a complimentary car wash. I extend a special thanks to the car wash team; my vehicle has never been cared for as meticulously as it was here , it drove out looking brand new.

I had high hopes when I visited Bronx River Lube for an oil change, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Mind you that some of the staff knows me because I’m a frequent customer. But it seems they are under new management. The customer service at Bronx River Lube left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifferent and borderline rude staff (new supervisor). The person behind the counter (male) seemed uninterested in answering basic questions about the oil change process and was more focused on their phone than helping customers. I had to ask multiple times for details about the services they were offering, and it felt like I was bothering them just by being there. He said “you should of asked before you drove the car in” when just simple wanted to know if they used extra oil on my vehicle and deduct the filter price since I brought my own. He said I don’t have to show you anything just pay and go man. I mentioned to him if you go to eat to a restaurant you look at the receipt and then pay is the same concept but he said pay man. Which I did. I reported to him that the staff conducting the oil change to my car was not familiar and pulled a floor panel unintentionally which he he said it came like that. And said again just leave man. If cameras are check. I was calm throughout the entire interaction but he was being rude by raising his voice to me and the staff and said just leave you are done. At this point I decided to leave because it was pointless. While was talking to the supervisor. Someone messed with one of my tire. This is sad and dangerous practice. 3 years coming to this business and today was my last day.

I was there to have the loaner car from Enterprise cleaned before I returned it. I got the premium wash service which included cleaning all interior and exterior surfaces. I felt the windows could have been done better. All and all, I was pleased with the end result. The place is clean and well maintained and stocked with a host cleaning products and accessories for your car. I will bring my car here when it's time to tidy it up.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! They didn’t clean the inside properly. There is still dust on my dashboard. The cup holder hasn’t even been sprayed. They do too of a rush job. I will NOT be going back.

Be careful Coming Here They Are Ramming Cars through the Washer Machines that are Coliding with The Floor Poles that move your CAR when in Neutral please be careful . I had to replace my car axles due to them not working professionally!!
