John (the owner), Frank, and Peter are truly outstanding individuals. After my insurance company, Progressive, left me responsible for the storage fees, I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise, John showed incredible kindness and understanding by waiving the storage fees and allowing me to pick up my vehicle without any additional charges. Considering that my car had been stored there for several days, I was genuinely touched by his generosity. In today's world, it's rare to come across people who are willing to go above and beyond to help others. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service. I gotten into a minor crash needed body work and suspension repair and I must say Pete and frank did their thing my car looks better than when I pulled it off the lot timing wasn’t too bad and they went over and beyond to accommodate me! Very happy with how they fixed my car after a small accident! It looks brand new, and they even gave it a polish. It took about 4 weeks, but they helped me a lot with the insurance claim from the person who hit me. Great service and very professional. Highly recommended!
