John (the owner), Frank, and Peter are truly outstanding individuals. After my insurance company, Progressive, left me responsible for the storage fees, I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise, John showed incredible kindness and understanding by waiving the storage fees and allowing me to pick up my vehicle without any additional charges. Considering that my car had been stored there for several days, I was genuinely touched by his generosity. In today's world, it's rare to come across people who are willing to go above and beyond to help others. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service.
