Bronx Auto Service .

Went in for state inspection and waited no more than 30 minutes since I was 4th in line. The staff that did the inspection was careful to not dirty my floor mats. I recommend everyone that reads this to go here for inspections or any other mechanical issue that may be wrong with your vehicle. They have to be good. New York State police cruisers are always getting tuned up at Bronx Auto Service Thank you Nate, you run a very well organized Shop!

Waited 30 minutes to get the guy’s attention. If you are going there and just drive up they won’t come out and ask you why you are there. You’d have to get out and go look for the guy … mind you these guys are very arrogant and doesn’t acknowledge the customer right away. Won’t be coming back here .

Went to get inspection done. At around 3:30 pm . Was told to comeback the next day. But here it says they close at 5 pm. So many fake reviews in this place getting me confused. Their service is terrible

I’ve been coming here for years and have always dealt with Nate and David. They are very well-mannered who are never too busy to take a look at a problem or help out. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service keep me coming back. Highly recommend this place!

First time at Bronx Auto and it was a pleasurable experience! Went in their with a loud squeeking noise in the back drivers side and they found the problem 1,2,3. Exceptional service and great staff! Would definitely continue to take my truck to them
