Broadway Bridge Wash & Lube

I paid $23 for this car wash and my car still dirty after the service. I tried to talk to one of the guys asking him if this is the service for $23 and he said people are paying $50 for the same service. That means I don't have to complain. That's my first and last time at this location.

I have been to many car washes before and never experienced a piece of my car falling off. After going through the exterior wash, I noticed a piece of my handle was taken off. The staff was not accommodating and offered no solutions. It was only after I asked them to look inside the car wash that they supposedly “looked for it" and "checked." They seemed more focused on helping other customers. Will never come here again!

Terrible experience. I waited in line for an hour to get my oil changed. The guy who keeps track of the cars in line, to determine who goes next, is outside and saw my car there the entire time. 4 other cars show up. He then writes numbers for the order on which cars are served and places me at the back of the line and claims that I had just arrived. I explained to him that I had been there the whole time and he tells me that I hadn’t been. I spoke with the owner and he claims to not be able to do anything about it because he doubts that I’m telling the truth about having been there and that “the guy has a lot of years doing this and we’ll just try to follow the order he made”. Complete coward. You’re the owner. Have a backbone. You just allowed your employee lose a customer because he can’t keep up with order. Or speak English. Wild. Never again.

They wash the car well, the only issue is that they clean the mats whenever thay wants, I'm more of a user who values ​​cleanliness, and they have a mess with the mats. They're only available when they feel like it, and sometimes they're not. I think they should have the mats service available from the moment the business opens.

Both good and bad. The place is very nice. It is accommodating. It has a little shopping place with an expresso bar. The mechanic was very nice, and the oil change service was excellent. What I did NOT like is the car wash. They left my mat very dirty and did not clean certain places inside. This is why I gave it 4/5. Overall is a good place for the price.
