I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Broadway Auto Center! They are truly exceptional. My car had a couple of nagging issues, and the team here handled them perfectly. They diagnosed and fixed my irrigation system (which was quite a relief!) and, just as importantly, repaired the latch on my trunk so it opens and closes properly again. It's such a difference having these things working right. Every time I've dealt with them, the service has been prompt and incredibly professional. It's refreshing to work with a shop that not only fixes the problem correctly but also charges a fair price for the quality of their work. This is my go to mechanic for everything. All the guys (especially Harris) are so helpful and kind. But most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. They have fair prices for excellent quality services. While I can’t list every service I’ve gotten through them (it’s a lot, I have bad luck with cars), I’ll share the biggest. It was the evening before I left town to get married. The starter on my car died. Harris drove over to check it out as he was leaving for the day (just in case a jump would fix it). He figured out what was wrong and started on trying to get the part ordered. He went the next morning to go get the part in person (since it wouldn’t be delivered in time) and got my car back to me in time to leave for the wedding. He kept me updated along the way, and gave me every option possible. He went above and beyond.

This was such a great experience. The guys were upfront. I had a low tire and because I know nothing I was all set to buy a whole new tire and they explained why that’s unnecessary and patched the hole. Super genuine, wonderful business. Will definitely be back!

They did a great job installing my front and rear brake pads with sensors. Honest, quick services and great prices too! It's so hard to find a good mechanic in the area, that won't riot you off. These guys are legit!

This is the best auto shop in Astoria. They offer a fair price, don’t try to overcharge you for extra work are quick and have great communication! I will take my car back here every time!
