Would be nice to be able to support my people, but unfortunately this is a typical scam. Dispatcher said a price then the lesbian driver (happy pride!) gave a separate price $10 higher than what dispatch gave. I thought that they wanted to secure more of the fares without having to pay such a large percentage to Lyft and Uber but obviously they dont care so I won't support them. Only use as final resort if there are no Uber/Lyft or Citi bikes available. And even then, if this is truly the only service available, maybe just take it as a sign to stay home instead.

Extremely disrespectful dispatcher. Gave his driver the wrong address and not only wouldn’t take accountability but also refused to accommodate us. We were left in the rain for 20 minutes when the driver was originally 5 minutes away. Smh, wouldn’t recommend

Rude nasty dispatcher. Cars don't show up. Repeatedly Lie over stupid things. Made me miss two appointments, I have reported the company to MAS transportation. I strongly advise not to use this nasty car service

I use this car service coming back from seeing my aunt in Riverdale. I've always had a good experience with the drivers. Especially Albert R. He's such a sweetheart, good tunes and really makes you feel at ease when your in his car. Definitely ask for him. It's always a joy when I have him. Great customer serive.

Be aware of this car service dispatcher. The can never show up and made me miss the medical appointment. The operator is rude as well.
