Brighton Beach Municipal Parking Field

Half of the parking lot reserved for 3 months permits; you can park up to 5 hrs on the rest. If you wait a little bit, you might get parking here. Make sure you have the NYC parking app; the machine was not working when we were there.

I pay $ 625 for 3 months to have my parking but people parking up here without Minicipal Patking permits and it’s very annoying there isn’t much enforcement here and specially on 4th July , people double park and go to the beach and not paying attention to the big red sign that you clearly are not allowed to park on the permit spots , ones in a while you would see traffic cops here given out tickets but it’s not all the time and if they show up mostly when parking lots is not busy yet , also it shows they will be towed but I never see that yet

The place needs serious renovations. Walking on these wood floors is a gamble. Every other nail/screw is up and trying to kill you if not pay enough attention. The smell is another problem. People use this place as a toilet. It stinks!

Does its thing. Is as good as parking gets which is managed by the governemnt.

Great place to park for the broadwalk and to go to little Odesa,and very reasonable prices.
