I got a flat tire on my minivan, an unusual size (215/70/R16) that most other tire places didn't carry in stock. Not only did they have FOUR in stock, but Mohammed gave me a good deal on two of them and swapped them into the van super quickly. Five stars and thank you!!!
View on GoogleI cannot say enough good things about my experience with Boston Tire. From the moment I stepped into their shop, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for what would be an outstanding experience. Muhammad, in particular, was nothing short of exceptional. His depth of knowledge and ability to break down the complexities of tire selection and vehicle performance was impressive. He patiently explained the various tire options available, factoring in not just price but also the longevity, performance, and how each option would suit my driving style and needs. Muhammad took the time to perform a thorough inspection of my vehicle, ensuring there were no underlying issues beyond the tires. His attention to detail was remarkable, and his transparency instilled a level of trust that’s hard to come by these days. While many shops might rush you through the process, Muhammad and the team at Boston Tire truly prioritize customer satisfaction. They ensured that I understood the technical aspects of my purchase and how it would impact my vehicle's overall performance and safety. The actual service was fast yet meticulous. My vehicle was treated with care, and every step of the process was communicated to me clearly. On top of this, the pricing was fair and competitive, especially considering the high-quality service and attention to detail. The entire experience left me feeling confident, knowing that my vehicle was in the best possible hands. I’ve dealt with many tire shops over the years, but Boston Tire sets a new standard for what customer service should look like. Muhammad's expertise, combined with the shop's commitment to excellence, means I will be returning for all my future tire and service needs. If you're searching for a place that goes above and beyond, look no further than Boston Tire!

View on GoogleVery honest place, I thought I had slow leaks on both my driver side tires and turned out it was leaking from the rim and the tires were fine. Then realigned both tires and I have not had a leak since then. And I had to mention this as well, I was having issues with my debit card and the owner said to just come back later and pay him later.... Now that is amazing, he will always have my business.... Thank you for being honest...
View on GoogleGave me good price for 4 used michelin tires in like almost brand new conditions for $300 with installation and checking if there’s any leaks. I would recommend 👍
