Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe - Brighton Beach

Recently opened cafe with stay in and take out options. Our wait time was a bit longer than we expected. A whole wheat bread was switched to brioche and wasn’t toasted. When opened it was falling apart with big pieces of very salty feta cheese. Another sandwich was on a waffle with a smoked salmon. Obviously this place has to work on a quality of service.

The drink carrying thing broke, I only walked one block with it, got in the car, set it down and then walked another block with it when I got out of the car and it broke. They put so much ice in the drink, the whole thing bursted when it dropped and there's still so much ice. They filled the cup with ice then put drink in and when it doesn't fill to the top, they topped it off with more ice. Even with the little amount of drink, I still wasn't able to try it since they drink carrier broke after walking with it for 2 blocks. This establishment did indeed try to make things right by replacing the 2 drinks that broke last time. I asked for less ice this time and they did include less ice which is amazing. They also put my drinks with the carrier in another bag this time to secure it. The drinks were great! Thank you!

Inside is cute but the food sucks. Got the feta sandwich and it was so salty I couldn’t even chew one bite. Got the juice and it was watered down. Waste of money sadly. (They also microwaved my sandwich for some reason making it soggy and moist)

Amazing place! The juices are super fresh and full of flavor. The staff is very friendly, and the service is fast. Highly recommend Bora Bora for anyone who loves delicious and refreshing drinks!

Here's a one-star review based on your feedback: Absolutely Awful - Avoid at All Costs I've never experienced such terrible service in my life. I stood at the counter for over five minutes, completely ignored by the staff, even though the place was practically empty. The wait for food was even worse—it took a shocking 18 minutes to get a simple order ready, and then even longer for a single cappuccino. The state of this place is disgusting. The tables were visibly dirty despite there being no other customers. And don't even get me started on the bathroom—it was full of roaches, and there was no paper towel or air dryer. The food was just "okay," but it's not worth the horrific experience. This place is a complete disaster. Save yourself the trouble and money and go anywhere else. Yuck!
