Bobby's Auto Repairs Inc Wheel Alignment, NYS Inspection - Brooklyn NY

Hi today Friday morning I went to the Inspection to another workshop and they Or asking me to wait because there were three or four cars in front of me and they would go by the queue, even if there is a separate repair. Then suddenly I found this on Google and I called and it was a lady. She replied me that they will do the inspection for electric cars Tesla. And I was surprised when I get there. They just let me in. They didn’t even know me. So for a regular customer, they just took it very rapidly and did my car inspection real quick. Yeah, even if they followed all the process, but it was quick, even they were working on other cars, but they gave me parallel service. I’m glad I got there. I recommend this to anyone who needs Inspection. And also the other services I believe they can rotate the tires for Tesla’s at a great price. Less than charged by Tesla. I believe this is only Bobby repairs by this owner. I asked them, the other Bobby can be a different owner. Additional: They also have a little Masjid inside the workshop. It is at 1/2 Floor, I would say. A few stairs up. Overall best experience.

STAY AWAY!!! When I arrived to get an alignment, their technician told me that a specific part needed to be replaced before the car would be ready. They quoted me $220 for the labor and the part, and I agreed. It took them three hours to replace the part. In the end, they asked me to pay not $220, but $320. The alignment was done incorrectly; the car pulls to the left, and the steering wheel is off-center. This is the worst service I have ever received. Don't waste your time or money here. I don't even want to go back there to have them fix what they messed up. I would rather pay extra money at any other professional shop to ensure I get quality work. Worst place ever!!! They did a great job fixing my engine having it run good as new. Went in and the mechanic got my ignition coil changed and muffler welded in under 1 ½ hours. On top of the suspension and headlights the other day. They worked with my budget! Thanks Hafeez and crew

Overpriced service for something as basic as wheel balancing - $120. On top of that, they removed my wheel center cap and didn’t put it back. Not even sure why it was removed in the first place. Overall, careless and not worth the price.

I find this workshop.this is a great auto workshop for anything you need on your car. They have the variety of tires. They have battery replacement for your car. They have mobile one oil change everything your car need. I am very satisfied and very happy. Their price is little bit high, but overall great service and great customer relation I just did my DMV New York State inspection and I did my tires. Thank you, Bobby.
